Insulation Clean

After sanding stage, before paint, before carpet installation
Remove excess drywall mud from windows and plugs
Vacuum perimeter of entire house
Flat vacuum entire floors
Vacuum out tubs, showers, plugs, around windows, medicine cabinets, cutouts, and water lines

After all trades are finished
Remove all remaining debris
Basement and garage floors are swept out
Entire house is vacuumed, including inside of cupboards and drawers, carpets, baseboards, door frames, and all fixtures
Drywall mud and paint splatters are removed from all surfaces
Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are all cleaned inside and out, damp wiped and polished
Window sills cleaned
All door frames and base boards are damp wiped
All mirrors are wiped and polished
All bare floors are damp mopped
All windows cleaned inside and out

Performed after any repairs found in construction pre occupancy clean are completed
Re-cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing
Returns home to preoccupancy stage

Dust all surfaces, including doors, door frames, baseboards, countertops, fixtures, blinds, window sills, and furniture
Vacuum all floors and carpets
Damp mop all floors
Remove fingerprints and smudges from surfaces and windows

Window cleaning - available upon request. Service is contracted out by a trusted window cleaner
Carpet cleans - available upon request. Service is contracted out by a trusted carpet cleaner
Site cleans - per request. Removing debris from construction site. Paid by hour
Renovation cleans - surfaces of new renovations vacuumed of all drywall dust
